Q: How do I access the workbook’s online companion products?
Click on the "Activity" tab located at the top right-hand side of the page and select from the list of book titles. Click on the name of the book to access the online activities assigned to your book.
Q: May I print a copy of my child’s workbook?
Yes, it is helpful to print a copy if your child wants to use the workbook but you do not have it with you and if your child wants to repeat activities that have already been completed. From the Activities tab, click the View Workbook option. The workbook opens in the PDF format and you may print a copy.
Note: You must have the Adobe Reader application installed on your computer to view and print the workbook. You will be prompted to download the free Adobe Reader application if The Learning Company site cannot detect it on your computer. Follow the instructions on the screen to download the application.
Q: How do I create my child’s workbook completion certificate?
Each workbook has a Certificate of Completion which you may customize and print for your child.
1. Click the Activities tab and click the Print Certificate option. The workbook’s Certificate of Completion appears.
2. Highlight the (Enter name here) text and press the Delete key on your keyboard.
3. Type your child’s name.
4. Connect the computer to a printer and print the certificate in color or black and white.
5. Write the date your child completed the workbook - for example, if your child completed the workbook on September 10, 2011 enter this information as “Presented this 10th day of September, 2011.”
6. The certificate sticker is located in your child’s workbook and may be applied to the certificate.

Q: How long will I have access to the workbook’s online activities?
Your access to the online activities for your child’s workbook does not expire. You will have access to the material as long as the material is supported by The Learning Company web site.
Q: How may I purchase additional workbooks?
The Learning Company publishes a variety of workbooks which are listed on the Books tab. The workbooks are available at major retailers and may also be purchased through Amazon.com. A direct link to Amazon.com is provided on the Home, Books, and About tabs.
Technical Requirements
To enjoy the full experience of the workbook’s online companion products, you must have the Flash and Adobe Reader applications installed on your computer. The Flash application allows you to view the animation built into the activities. The Adobe Reader application allows you to view and print the documentation that is available – such as the Workbook and the Certificate of Completion.
You will be prompted to download the free applications if The Learning Company site cannot detect them on your computer. Follow the instructions on the screen to download the required applications.
